Code of Conduct
By creating a member account or subscribing to join our club or filling out our questionnaire or attending events, you agree to the following and understand we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership or ability to attend events at our sole discretion should you not adhere to or should you violate any of the below:
All information provided is accurate and truthful. There is no intent to deceive. Your pictures are within the past 1-2 years. You must not be dishonest or deceitful with the founders or their representatives.
You agree to respect other club members, the founders, all staff, security or any other parties present at events.
This is a no-bullying, no hate, no harassment, community. We will not tolerate any form of hate speech. We are an all inclusive community and will enforce this guideline without question.
You agree to stop communication with an individual that is part of BeShareIt the first time you are asked.
We are not liable for what happens at or outside our events, on your dates or in other locations, trips etc. Please be smart and safe and do not put yourself in a situation that makes you uncomfortable.
You agree not to act inappropriately on a private date with someone you have met through any avenue of BeShareIt.
We will have security at some events as allowed by the venue and will take every effort to help ensure your safety, but you understand that we cannot 100% protect you from anything beyond our control.
There are no weapons--concealed, legal, illegal or otherwise allowed at our events.
There are no drugs legal or illegal allowed at our events.
There is no bringing in outside alcohol even in a flask to our events unless the event is specified as BYOB.
We suggest you learn your tolerance for alcohol and adhere to it. If you are deemed to be (by anyone present) disruptive, destructive, a nuisance, making others uncomfortable, loud, disrespectful, engaging in harassment or unwanted advances, overly intoxicated or are not following the venue’s, founders’ or security’s requests, you will be asked to leave the event without a refund of event fee or membership fee. Your membership will be evaluated and may be canceled or suspended.
Membership fees must be paid on time, if you do not pay membership fees on time or your payment on file is unable to be processed your membership will be temporarily suspended including any upcoming events you may have already signed up for.
You agree not to be verbally, physically or emotionally abusive to any founders, staff, members, or event venues, staff or participants.
You agree not to bring litigation against BeShareIt, the founders of BeShareIt or any of their representatives, employees, vendors etc. for any and all reasons.
You understand that when meeting other members through BeShareIt Match, you are responsible for ensuring only positive interactions occur with these other members. BeShareIt will not be held responsible and you agree you (or your heirs, guardians, representatives, family, friends) will not bring legal action against BeShareIt, its founders (Meryl Wolff and Adriane Greenberg), board members, employees, staff members, venues, participants, or its employees or their heirs should any assault, injury (whether mental, emotional or physical), act of terrorism, confrontation, destruction of property, dispute about finances/stealing, divorce occur. You hold BeShareIt and all its representatives as listed above (its founders-Meryl Wolff and Adriane Greenberg, board members, employees, staff members, venues, participants, or its employees or their heirs) harmless for any and all incidences that may occur.
By reading this and/or submitting your profile, attending an event, joining the club, hiring for individual matchmaking and your signature below with your first and last name, you are agreeing to all the above. This limits our liability, read it.
